Below is a picture of our Barudan 4 head 15 colour embroidery machine, we bought it new from Barudan UK, we also installed the most up to date professional embroidery computer design system available, these investments are inline with our plans to remain at the forefront of technoligical advancement and embroidery design, production & quality.

Producing Your Embroidery File - Do You Need One ?

Yes. Each time we accept a new order from a customer we need to produce a digital computerised embroidery file for the job in order to first enable us to present a proof or 'run out' for your approval and secondly to send the unique set of stitching instructions to the embroidery machine itself. These files are stored on our system for your future use.

Can We Embroider Garments You Supply Us ?

Yes if they are suitable and at our discretion. We do not accept responsibility for imperfections caused by customer supplied garments.

Pricing Work - How Much Will It Cost ?

We price each job separately using several key components including:

• Embroidery File Cost - This is calculated based on the complexity of the file and an estimate of the time needed to produce the design on the computer, obviously this varies from job to job. Sometimes on large orders we may offer to digitize the design for FREE.
• Embroidering The Item - Again this varies based on the number of stitches in the job and time taken in handling etc..
• The Individual Garment Price - This obviously varies from item to item.
• Delivery Cost - This is normally £10.00 which covers the delivery charge of your garments from our suppliers into us and also from us to one local delivery address.

For these reasons you should telephone or email us giving us as much information as possible about what it is you want, we can then give you an accurate price for the job.
